Shipping and delivery
We ship our toys around the world. Euro fees for the main destinations are as follows:
Taxes and duties are not included in price. They may apply in your country.
We dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days from Monday to Friday except for sale and peak periods where this may take longer. Once an order has been placed, please allow up to 10 business days for the delivery. It may take longer during the sale period and holidays. After we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to follow your package along its trip.
Please note: shipping time of the weekly magnetic planner differs from all other products and will take up to 6 weeks to be delivered!
You can change the delivery address within a city for free. Unfortunately, if you need to change the city, there will be an additional charge which you have to pay to the courier company upon delivery. Please contact us on hello@palamboo.com if you need it.
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will contact the courier company.

- Austria, Italy, Netherlands - 11,95 Euro

- All other countries — we will calculate your shipping costs individually after receiving your order.
