Placing orders
To place your order please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. Before completing your order please carefully review your basket, including payment, delivery and billing address information.
To complete your order go through the online purchasing procedure. All orders are considered being accepted when you receive a confirmation email. Delivery will be up to 30 days from the date that the order was placed (not counting the days the parcel was at customs).

All our prices are quoted in Euro. The correct product prices are specified on our Website. Shipping costs, taxes and duties are not included in the price. We reserve the right to modify the prices at any time. But should we do this after you placed an order, we will inform you before we process your order and you will have the opportunity to cancel it. The correct price will always be stated on your order confirmation.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. We will charge you as soon as your order has been placed. We take all reasonable care to make our Website secure. All credit card transactions on this Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Promo codes
Promo codes are valid for a limited time and apply to the qualifying products. They cannot be applied to previously placed orders. promo codes are non transferrable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash. Only one promo code can be used at a time.
Returns
We offer a 30-days product return starting from the date you receive your order. Products must be returned unused and its original packaging. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. If we have sent faulty or damaged products, we will make a full refund or exchange. In this case we assume the shipping cost.
For requesting product return please contact our Customer team on hello@palamboo.com. In your message please explain the reason for return and provide your order number. If you are claiming a faulty item, please include photos supporting your claim. Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition, we will process the refund.
For safety of returned products delivery, we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for goods lost during return shipping.
